With community and connection at it's core, NW Workouts has attracted a diverse demographic of loyal students and continues to be Ridgefield’s local fitness option. Offering a variety of weekly classes, NWW focuses on strength/resistance interval type training with integrated cardio and core strengthening woven into each workout. In addition, NWW offers All Level Yoga classes weekly. All Level Yoga is similar in style to a traditional Hatha Yoga class but tailored weekly to the unique needs of the group attending each class. Yoga at NWW is lead by instructor Stefan Walz who has a solid reputation for leading of safe, fun and very effective yoga open anyone wanting to experience the life changing benefits of this popular format. All studio classes are thoughtful and efficient so you can expect to see the results of your efforts quickly and safely! Students of all fitness levels are welcome to attend any of NW Workouts' group trainings. All of our instructors are certified bringing extensive teaching experience to every class.
